Terms of service

By using My Vibe Design you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable rather than exhaustive; if something is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

Plans and entitlements

• Free: a free account includes 3 General-dialect briefs. No card required. The remaining count is shown in the studio.
• Pro: unlimited briefs, every builder dialect, brief downloads, saved profiles, and API/MCP access with a license key.
• We may change plan contents with notice; changes never reduce what you already paid for in the current period.

Your content and output

You own the taste configurations you create and the briefs the service compiles for you, and you may use them commercially. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process that content so the service can function. We claim no rights over what your AI builder produces from a brief.

Reference material

Reference screens are supplied by a licensed third-party library and are provided for design research. They are not yours to redistribute, and a brief must not be used to produce a deliberate copy of another product's interface or brand.

API and license keys

• License keys are server-to-server credentials. Do not embed them in browser code, mobile apps, or public repositories.
• You are responsible for use made with your key. Rotate or revoke it from your account if it may have leaked.
• We apply rate limits and quotas, and may throttle or suspend a key that is abusive, resold, or driving disproportionate cost.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse the service or its dependencies.
• No scraping or bulk extraction of reference material.
• No use of the URL extractor against systems you do not have permission to fetch.
• No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing output.

Billing and cancellation

Pro is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated. If a charge is clearly wrong, contact us and we will correct it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and publish current state on the status page, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this tier. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
