Privacy

My Vibe Design is a design-direction tool. We collect the minimum needed to keep your taste configuration, run your subscription, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your project content to train models.

What we store

• Account: your email address and authentication records.
• Taste configurations and saved profiles you create.
• Saved reference screens: the source link, a thumbnail URL, and the tags you applied — not a copy of the underlying site.
• Subscription state from our payment processor (status, period end). Card details never reach our servers.
• Operational logs: timestamps, request identifiers, and error details, used to debug and to detect abuse.

The URL extractor

When you paste a website address to extract branding, our server fetches that public page over HTTP(S) and reads colours, fonts, and basic metadata. It follows a limited number of redirects, enforces a timeout and a size cap, and refuses private, loopback, and internal network addresses. We keep the extracted values attached to your configuration. We do not archive the page, and you should not paste addresses that require a login or contain secrets in the URL.

Reference screens

Reference screens come from a licensed third-party design library and are shown for design research and inspiration. We store the source link and thumbnail reference so you can return to it. If a source withdraws material, it disappears from the library.

Retention and deletion

• Your configurations and saved references are kept until you delete them or close your account.
• Operational logs are kept for up to 30 days.
• Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Signed in, go to Account → Your data to see exactly what we hold, export it as JSON, or delete your saved references, taste profiles, API keys, or the whole account immediately.
• Every saved reference screen carries a provenance record: where it came from, its source domain, the permitted use (reference only), and the extraction scope (visual summary).

Processors

We use third parties to host the application and database, process payments, send transactional email, and provide AI model access. Each receives only what its function requires.
