Billing questions, answered plainly
- Does Pro include the API and MCP endpoint?
- Yes. Pro includes license keys for the REST compile endpoint and the MCP server, at 60 requests per minute per key. Keys are created, rotated and revoked from your account page. Free accounts have no API access.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the billing portal from this page or your account page and cancel in one click. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then reverts to Free — nothing is deleted.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If Pro was charged and you have not used it in that billing period, contact us within 14 days and we refund that period in full. Beyond that we cancel forward rather than refund retroactively.
- What happens to my saved profiles if I downgrade?
- They stay. Saved taste profiles, versions and references remain readable and exportable on Free; Pro-only outputs (tool dialects, export packages, drift checks) simply stop generating.
- Is my free allowance visible?
- Yes — the exact number of remaining free briefs is shown in the studio at all times, not only when you hit the limit.
- Do you charge per seat or per team?
- Per seat. Create a team, choose how many seats you need, and everyone on a seat gets full Pro access under one invoice. Seat changes are prorated immediately. Set it up on the team page.
